Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, stains, or signs of wear
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and intimates.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at service@mszscn.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us.
- Pack your item(s) securely and send your return to:

United States - Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location using the prepaid label provided.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return shipping is free of charge — we provide a prepaid label for all eligible returns.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at service@mszscn.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@mszscn.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
