Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $60. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time. International shipping is coming soon!
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@mszscn.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
